The corner unit of the neighboring <a href="http://www.thebraeburn.com/" rel="nofollow">Braeburn</a> (15th and Pine) has sat empty for at least the last year. A "leased by" sign magically appeared a few days ago. My money says it's a tanning salon but hopefully I'm wrong. Here’s hoping that the retail areas at the bottom of The Pearl leases quickly.
