[...] Depicted in the rendering above is Stadium Lofts, a condo project to be built on top of the the historic Seattle Plumbing Building located between QWEST Field and the 1st Ave Highway 99 on-ramp. First proposed by Nitze-Stagen, the project is now being developed by Barrientos and designed by Weinstein A|U (the second triangular building for this team). The 84-unit building will top out at 100 feet, and is in a area that is currently zoned for 120 feet, with no changes proposed. [...]

Here's hoping that the retail areas at the bottom of The Pearl leases quickly. The corner unit of the neighboring Braeburn (15th and Pine) has sat empty for at least the last year. A "leased by" sign magically appeared a few days ago. My money says it's a tanning salon but hopefully I'm wrong.

It says 55,000 sq ft of retail which is enough space for a supermarket.

I thought the Vitamilk site was on hold pending finding a grocery store for the retail space. Have they found a new tenant?

even considering the law of supply and demand, it’s seems unlikely that many of these will rent for less than $1071/month.

Sure, but they'll push down the rents of housing in town.
