Of course, when you are addressing complex problems, you don't look for only one solution. The simplest method is a carbon tax. They get more complex from there, but it's going to take many things to get our hands around this thing, not the least of which is wholesale, planet-wide behavior changes on the part of humans. My glass is half-full on whether we can change our spots, but its half full of groundwater tainted by industrial ag.</description>
